Gall bladder diet

Cereals, bread and pasta - 4 or more servings per day
Yes - whole grains and whole grain bread when the situation calms down, but not in the acute phase of illness, cereals, low-fat crackers, pasta without eggs (or egg white only), noodles, spaghetti, dumplings with potatoes, grits, rice, corn flour, white bread, biscuits "petit beurre cookies", lady's finger, pop-corn, oats, oatmeal.
NO - pasta with eggs, bread that is made with addition of fat, Biscuits, donuts, waffles, chips, pasta and all the dishes prepared with yeast, eggs and fried pasta, hot bread

Milk Products - 2 or more cups per day
YES - lean skimmed milk, buttermilk, low fat sour cream, yogurt prepared of low-fat milk, cheese, kefir, acidophilus milk.
NO- whole-fat milk, cream, sour cream, fat cheese, cream spreads, strong and smoked cheeses.

Banoffee Pie

Ingredients 1 portion

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 450 ml condensed milk
  • 350 g chocolate digestive biscuits
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • cocoa powder for dusting
Crush cookies in blender or go to a powder.

Gently warm the butter until melted. Then combine with high crumbs until mixture forms.

Using a shallow container - about 20 cm - spoon the butter mixture and the base of biscuit and a bit 'on the sides. Place the refrigerator to set.

Meanwhile, place the unopened box of condensed milk in a pot of boiling water, cover and cook for 2 hours.

Remove the pan of boiling water and let cool enough to touch and be able to open it.

Open the box closely. Remove bowl from refrigerator and spoon caramel tin on top of your biscuit base. Return to refrigerator to chill again in about 30 minutes.

Take the dish from the refrigerator. Slice the bananas and arrange over toffee.

Whip cream and place on bananas and smooth. dust cake with cocoa powder and refrigerate again.
